Ultimate RBS is our remote backup service. We encrypt your important data and transfer it to our servers for safe keeping. In fact, once it is on our server, we also back it up to another off-site location. This means your encrypted data is backed up in two places, to prevent data loss.
We encrypt your data before it reaches our servers, so none of the actual data is visible to us. This makes it impossible for anyone but you to make use of the data that you store on our systems.
Ultimate RBS is fully HIPAA compliant, and since we never have access to the PHI there is no need to have a Partner Agreement. If you wish to have one anyway, we will gladly sign it.
